The situation on the Earth is easy enough as you've done it many times before.
In the space station it is a bit more tricky. Remember that you are in space, so therefore there is no gravitational attractive force like there is on Earth. You are in a rotating space station whose rotation causes a similar force when you are touching the inside edge of the outer shell, but when you don't touch it you are effectively weightless (no forces acting on you). When you throw the ball, no force will be acting on it in the air (it will travel in a straight line), but remember that you are moving when you throw.
