There's two times to calculate... How long it takes to fall (), and how long it takes for the resulting nerve impulse to reach your brain ()...

...and then for the time it takes for your brain to get the signal...

So it takes 17.3 times longer for the brick to fall than it takes for the signal to reach your brain.
