Dr. Lars Hernquist is one of the leading researchers in the world on
N-body simulations and the use of TREECODE for effective hydrodynamical
modelling of galaxies.  He has published extensively on the subject.
He is a professor in the Astronomy Department (Lick Observatory) at the
Univeristy of California, Santa Cruz.
